So after getting the front driver side hub replaced, the lights are back. It's maybe been a month-month 1/2 since i had the hub replaced. Last time the lights stuck it took about 4 months i'd say until the car finally started to get loud.

So now, with the lights back on I'll work on the brakes with the tax return

deciding if i should replace all rotors or just the front, need new pads irregardless and I'm gonna be getting new tires

Just in hopes that it's not another bearing

replace the front pads and rotors..... just the pads in the rear.....

and also....... i believe when the light comes on it indicates a problem with one of the sensors..... not breaks or the wheel bearing....... i believe its the traction control/abs sensor that is malfunctioning.....

yeah sweet thanks, i'll have to have it scanned and checked out

regardless, I'm still gonna be replacing my front rotors like you suggested, and definately doing all new pads soon

Not a day has gone by where my breaks haven't felt "right", always squeaked on slow down since I've had it (aside from those first few days)

I'm in need of new pads anyhow, wish it wasn't so cold outside or i wouldn't mind doing it myself

Last time the light came on, about 3 months later my car started winding up like a mofo when accelerating and 2 mechanics both agreed it was the bearing like I thought, driver side was replaced and no more noise.

ah boy,

I got the car mid-may 2003 with 52000 on it. Now it's Feb-2004 with 74000

so 22000 in a little over 8 months

I'm late on this oil change heh

had the breaks checked out 2-3 times through a mechanic of the guy/dealer i bought it from for squeaking (was more of a personal guy than a dealer)

never found anything wrong with it, I gotta do the pads soon, so I'm thinking of the rotors as well since they look pretty much rusted out.
