Inner Fender Liner

can i take off the whole fender liner or should i just cut out a little bit.

take it all out. Cuz you need to roll some of the fender lip. therefore having no way of attaching the fender liner back on. Only thing you'll notice is more tire noise and door jams in the front will be more dirty in driving in water.
