I was thinking of painting the interior of my car like the dash etc. What would be the best brand of paint to use for the best result. And/or what brands of paint are reccomended.

Yea, Juts a tip, if you try and paint the A/C knobs, dont use regular paint, it seriously will ALWAYS saty wet, I left mine sitting for 2 weeks and they were still wet when I checked them, SO now I am in a frenzy to find soem cheap ones to keep black.

Quoted post
i used regular spray bomb paint on my ac knobs, and they turned out just fine...you must not have cleaned them right or something...
SEM is a brand of dye...i just used generic dye from canadian tire and it turned out pretty good...no cracking, peeling, or discoloring and thats been done over a year ago

*changing opinion here* apparently sem looks much nicer then paint. (or dyes for that matter) it really gets down into the vinyl instead of coating it...

I saw the fusion on the interior and I think it looks pretty good so I think im going to go with a glossy blue and black fusion.
Do I need to do anything to the interior peices before I paint it and should I just do 1 coat or multiple ?

you really should do a search i think there's some in the "How-to" section on how to paint the pieces.

for hard plastic pieces that don't flex paint is fine but for vinyl and padded stuff you run the risk of cracking the paint if you flex it too much... that's why the dye is better...
