My apologies, but this was taken from a thread and copied over.

The thread I don't believe was necessarily the topic of that thread. i tried asking their about this hood; but there were so many different hoods; It just led to confusion,

If anyone has any info on this hood please let me know. Is it available to buy? Custom fabrication? etc? It has a sleek look to it. Not a big fan of the Grand Am gt scoops. Too gaudy and bulky for my tastes.

it is a stock hood with an ss hood scoop molded on........ugly IMO, might of looked better if he had taken the stock alero hood and got rid of the slight raise and then molded it on.....

overall IMO a chevy scoop on an oldsmobile is a no-no, poop i don't even like the ss scoop on pimps new car, they only really look decent on a real camaro ss IMO

anyways to answer your questions, no it can't be bought, yes it could be fabricated, take a fiberglass ss hood scoop (ebay $100-$200), find a good body guy and have him mold it to the stock metal hood (mold and paint $300-
$800)
