Brake Problems?

ok about 2 weeks ago my brakes started to squeak once in a while....well i had no money to get them checked. so now im hearing this god awful crunching sound....even when im not on the brakes sometimes. i know the pads are more than likely shot...does this mean my rotor and CALIPER are too? if so how much is this gonna run me to fix the fronts...professionally

seriously, if you have some tools. do it yourself.

probably the rotors are screwed if its making noise.

if they are still newer, than you can get them resurfaced for around $10-15 each, and then get some new pads for $20-50 depending on what kind you go with.

otherwise you're looking at around $80+ for a basic brake job with cheaper pads.
