 This problem started about 3 months ago. As soon as I turn on the car the hazard switch begins to click as if the turn signal is on but at a much faster pace. The clicking is non-stop until I turn the signal on and then the clicking slows to its normal speed. Ones the turn signal is off it begins again clicking in excessive speeds. I replaced all the bulbs thinking that maybe one had a short in it. I have also replaced the hazard switch which hasn't helped at all. Has any once experience anything like this? Please help before I go crazy!!

Change your hazard relay, its like 5 bucks at a part store and is in the fuse box under the hood

I looked in the fuse box under the hood and I didn't see the fuse for the hazard switch. Can anyone tell me the fuse number Thanks.

Okay I looked at all three fuse boxes and I didn't find anything that was related to a hazard switch relay. So i called a few auto part store and they all said that they do not stock such an item. I was thinking that perhaps the turn signal unit inside the steering wheel could be defective?.?. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before on any other cars, and what did they do to resolve the issue? :(

Hmm, the only thing I can think of is the relay, and if that's the problem, Maybe the service book on it would tell you? I'm sure any late model GM relay would work, but I wouldn't expect to find it at any around the corner auto store.
Might have to go to the dealer on that one; still under warranty?

I think that I found the problem. I was playing with the turn signal cam and the arm is loose in the Cam and when ever you touch it the hazard switch clicks. Now I just need to figure out how to disable the SRS and remove the steering wheel. And nope the car has 170K miles on it.
