how do i go about to install this? its just a cheapy one, but it'll work...do i just tap into the stock sending unit or no?
any help greatly appreciated...
oh, i have the 2.4...

I have the mechanical Oil press on my 2.4.
You need to get some fittings, pull out the stock sending unit, install the fittings so everything will come out from under the IDI cover, and "T" it off to keep the stock unit, and have the oil line run. Note, a mech oil press gauge is noisy. If it ever stops raining, I will take pics.

its about that size. :)
No, sorry Pat, can't recall. The fittings are cheap, so I think we went and got a handful and returned the ones we didn't use.

looks like 1/4 npt fitting but you will need 1/8npt to 1/4npt adaptors.
