New Center Console/vents

Does anyone know where to order a new radio console and vents? I painted them, and shockingly enuff they turned out like crap. I talked to a guy about using the dye method but he said i couldnt cuz it was painted. I asked him about removing my paint job with thinner and he didnt think the dye would hold after using thinner, thus me wanting new console/vents. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.

well i know i pooped up my first job on my radio bezel... i just sanded it all down again and repainted it... it came out fine...

well that doesn't make any sense unless you don't get all the thinner off before you dye it. Make sure you get all the paint off AND all the thinner off by washingit really good before you dye it.

thinner will mess the plastic up. come on guys, no one knows that? it'll soften it all up.

Sure if you're not careful. Ok, so maybe you shouldn't mess with thinner if you can't keep it from eating the plastic.

Thanks for all the input guy and gals! I'm a newb at all this, so please bear with me. I'll get pics of my paint/dye as soon as get rid of my craptastic HP camera and get a good shooter.

hehehe yeah...thinner does eat plastic. I found that out the hard way...back when I was a kid building model cars...lol. Made a Jeff Gordon car....painted the blue before the red without masking off the front and the back....man it looked like crap.
