does anybody know if there is an exaust system for an alero specifically or will a cavalier or grand am work

do not do SLP. the SLP muffler sounds like crap

I have a borla, but i think they stopped making them for the Alero. You can just have a local shop do it, get iether 2.25" mandrabent piping, or 2.5 crush bent. And a magnaflow muffler would be a good combo

go with mandrel bent, it'll flow much better. and get an estimate from a local exhaust shop where you are on how much it would be to custom bend a pipe for you. you might find it to be cheaper than buying an exhaust made for the car by a company. 2.25" would be good with a straight through muffler and a resonator after the cat.
