cant wait. how well do you guys think these two products work together? im figuring with quicker revs and firmer shifts it should be a noticable difference.

B&M is nice..I have one. I caution you though...do NOT use the stage 2 setting ("race mode")...it shifts firm as hell but it's sooo hard on the tranny...mine like yelps when it's shifting..it's the pump inside the tranny trying to put out more pressure than it can. Leave it on setting 1 and you'll be fine...i drive 100% all the time w/ it on setting 1.

As far as the FFP pulley, I don't have that so I can't tell ya how much it'll help. But please post a review on it when you do get it because I've thought about getting one.

Is the B&M shifter made for the ecotec too? I've searched around but couldnt find anything.

im not sure, there is a link in the how to section under an install for the b&m, you will have to ask someone more knowledgable than me if it will work on the ecotec i dont wanna give bad advice.

Is the Alero even listed as an application for the B&M? I've got one on a truck and it makes a significant difference, especially with a load!

The B&M that we (i have one) use for the Alero is one actually for GM trucks...I'm not sure on the part # but you can find it on here very easily. It works well for the Alero too.
