does anybody else have a problem with wind noise from the top of the doors, is there an easy fix? i have already adjusted the striker posts, and i can pull in on the top of the door while driving and it stops, but i'm hoping for a permanent fix?

I've been having the same problem recently, but haven't fixed it. The doors are closing harder too, so I think I just need to adjust the hinges somehow, like it's hanging crooked. I'll let ya know if I figure it out and fix it.

I had a similar problem with the drivers side mirror but it getting broken was an easy fix, i guess
I too have been having the wind noise problem. I think it has to do with the window. I roll it down and then back up and the problem goes away, umm a litttle bit

One of my back doors has a bit of wind noise also. The owners manual says that the door seals require some type of dielecrtic grease every 6 months. I am going to try that, and if it don't work then I will take it in under warranty.

ok dude real easy fix here
put the glass down
take ur knee place it on the trim panel of the door
pull back on the top part of the frame
not to much allittle at a time
take a sheet of paper put it between the frame and the door and pull
you should have no slack when pullin on the paper
readjust the c pillar striker

I get some wind noise but mine seems to come from the rear of the car. I really notice it when I've got the back seats folded down. :(

Lots of people have had problems with misaligned trunks. That may be the problem. jbartram, is your seal bad in any spots?

no 3.4alero, no bad seals, my car is actually almost mint! I drive with plastic seat covers on my drivers seat, i'm a diesel mechanic by career and I'm kinda anal about my Alero gettin dirty. the wind noise is coming from my front doors on real windy days at speeds over 70, I havent tried the fix I was told about in an earlier post yest! Another question do all of our cars have a problem with the front struts popping on certain road conditions?
