so, -Alero- was thinking maybe he was getting the LIM leak, and rather than wait for it to get worse and pay a mechanic a buttload, i offered to help him...

so, after a day gathering parts and pieces, and a night of partying in nashville w/ some honeys. we set out (at 2pm when we woke up) to go to the garage and get to work.

shop closed at 5 today so we basically only got the engine tore down and a few other minor things, and tonight we (meaning -Alero-) are polishing the UIM and front valve cover...

here are just a few random pictures, more tomorrow after complete teardown and reassemble.

the valve cover is only 15-20% done :)

off to walmart for more 60 grit mouse pads.

lol they went off topic and forgot that they were actually fixing something haha........but man that valve cover is shiny.....are you guys going to paint the uim lettering again or not?

well here's the UIM.... not completely finished, but we dont have time to polish anymore if we want to get the LIM done and the UIM ported.
