Change Oil Light

it's for the 3600

i changed my oil around 2000 miles ago, with half synthtic so i know i don't need an oil change

i've already searched for the info, and i did all of it and it's not working

turn the car on, turn it off, leave key in "on" position tap gas 3 times - nothing

hit the odometer reset for 5 seconds, then hit once - nothing

i've done a combination of both of these, i've been fightiing it for the past 20 minutes

any help please

Open the side of the dash and find the reset button.

Turn car to "on" but don't start it

After all the chimes push and hold for 2 seconds and the the light will flash (can't remember if the tire or oil light is first)

If the tire light is first push button once and oil light will flash

Hold reset button down, "chime, chime, chime chime" and it will go out

im pretty sure you leave it on, tap the gas 3 times but hold it on the third time, then wait like 5 seconds, i never remember, but always figure it out when i do it....LOL

what redog means by the side dash is if you open the drivers door, on the left side of the dash where the door usually covers there is a fuse panel you can pull off, and a reset button in there
