Alright i know i asked a long time ago, but my dash leather is coming up so i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or if you know how much it would cost.
i'd try a spray adhesive like the carpet/headliner
not sure of the strength on it but i'm sure with a small attachment (some have em) you could cover the areas, just make sure you weigh it down with something
if not that an epoxy?

Thats a good idea.
I could just open up the dash cover where the wrinkes start, spray the stuff in there, and push it down and it could work?

I tried the spray adhesive, it worked just little bit, but not enough to make me happy. I'm kind of happy my car is going to sit in storage when I'm in Okinawa. Maybe I'll buy a Jap rocket over there that doesn't have all the problems these American cars have.

you could try hot glue sparingly

My son's 89 Camaro had some cracks in the dash, which is no longer made. What they do make for it is a dash cover, that looks exactly like the dash top. It glues on, and the glue that came with it was: 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive (part# 051135 - 08008). We installed it last summer and it has held very well. We used masking tape to hold it down tightly until it cured overnight. I would recommend using this, if the other glue you are using isn't holding up. ;)

Well on this the best fix would be to pull the wrap and lay the adhesive and then restretch it back. Mine did this as well.
