Smells Like Something Is Burning

after long periods of driving my heater starts making a burnt oil smell, then my tempeture gauge starts going up but then after a while it stops doing it.....ive checked my oil and it hasnt lost any let and my coolant is the same level its always been....i was just wondering if anybody had any ideas of what is going on.

Any smoke comming out the back of the car? Next time this happens pull over, pop the hood, and see if you smell the same under the hood.

What motor do you have?

once and a while there is some smoke out of the back of the car and when i lift the hood i can smell it alittle bit... i have the 3.4 engine......i think my car is possessed....once the warrenty went out thats when the problems started :angry:

car's burning oil, get it fixed NOW! or you'll have a bigger repair bill
