OK I have the 3400 and I was driving tonight and the tranny sliped a few times when it downshifts out of OD down to third on a hard accel while cruising along.

I don't really think it's the tranny per say. I just had the fluid changed in September and they said the gears looked good and they were not broken, chipped, and still in one piece.

I did just hook the B&M kit back up, so I'm thinking that maybe I have a lose wire on that or maybe a VSS sensor. I doubt I need a new tranny.

I turned off the shift kit and will see how it works tonight.

Any thoughts

I know it's the tranny too. I went to WOT and it revved upto 5000 RPM's and sat there for a mintue and then "CLUNK" and took off <_<

i would say drive it around for awhile with the B&M off and see what happens. then double check connections for B&M and try it again.

Turned it off and drove to work last night, I beat on it a bit and nohing happened.

I have to go to some weird Christmas part on Saturday and have to drive the Turnpike for about 8 or so miles. It's a nice road with little traffic, esp at 6 on a Sat night ;)
