If you have a simple 12v tester make sure that you are hooking the right wires to the right wires, like silent said it should be the BLACK wire as ground.

or if yo uwanna save yourself alot of wire splicing and trouble of takign things apart, run the wire to the passenger side door, and plug the positive end with the interior lamp fuse, and whenever the interior lamps turn on when ever its night or whatever the lights yo uwant will come on. B)

i have the lighted pedals, and i've got them hooked up to the same switch i have my fogs hooked up to. When you have them turned on you can't really see them because the steering wheel is in the way. I'd recommend not having them turn on all the time with the interiors because, like i said, you can't always see them even when they're on. save yourself the time and hook them up to a different power source, or run a piggy back fuse (your close enough to the fusebox) with a switch if you want.
