Those look good. How did you wire up your temp gauge? I tried doing mine with the sending units they include with the gauge, but it made my car shift like it had line pressures increased by 100%. Did they give you plastic caps to cover up the mounting screws?

yeah windshield is cracked to hell, i'll change it right before next years texas heatwave-corpus christi, if i'm done with the car? spoiler andy's will match, but they are back ordered also so i'm just gonna wait for pfyc to get back in stock?
yes i got the plastic screw covers but i didn't like how they looked and i lost one?

temp guage sending unit fits perfect here, no adapters just screw right in

Yeah, I had the adapter in, but once everything was connected, the car just didn't want to shift correctly.

J, that's gotta be the cleanest looking engine compartment I've seen. Clean as-in clean yes, but clean as-in organized too. Excellent.

Damnit James....

Now you made me get off my ass and install my gauges. Granted, I only have 2 of them....I'm still waiting for my oil pressure one to get here.

I also hardwired in my radar detector so I don't have to deal with turning it off and on anymore.

my radar detector turns on and off without hardwire. It turns on when it detects rpms and turns off 10 min. after engine turns off

hey explain to me what the point of getting water temperature when your car tells you the temperature right there on your regular gauges. why not stick boost in where water temp is?

jabartram

I want a more precise water temp guage, peace of mind and all that.

I know it's a little off subject, but when i went to jason's deli tonight, a guy that works there asked me what kind of car i drive? i told him "its an Alero" he said "HUH" it looks killer and sounds badass! and all i could say was thanks, and it runs as good as it sounds.

makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Hey, is your water temp gauge mechanical or eletrical?

I'm not really digging my air/fuel gauge so I might find something else to fill the void.
