so i want to get a 3 gauge pod for my alero.
i know for a fact i want to get a a/f autometer cobalt gauge
and a clock for one of the pods..
what else should i get?
amps or tranny temp?

a clock!?............why would you need a clock when your car can tell time anyway.....

I just got my 3 guage pillar pod, air/fuel, oil pressure, and boost(incentive reminder for the rsm supercharger i'm saving for) are what i'm putting in, if that helps at all?

mine cant.
and my aftermarket headunit has siris so it says the name of the band.

and due to the fact that i deliver pizzas, and time is money i need a farking clock. adn the walgreens one i had taped to the spot under my headunit keeps falling off.lol

I got the a/f, volts, and EGT.

I got the Faze gauges and I love them

(1.) Oil Pressure (2.) Amps or Volts (3.) intake manifold vacume pressure. Those would be my top 3 choices.

For whoever asked, EGT = Exhaust Gas Temperature, it monitors the temperature of your exhaust gas (duh). EGTs should be a certain temperature and if it's above or below this ideal temperature it means you're running too rich or too lean etc. It's a good way of preventing or detecting detonation.

i added a oil pressure, EGT, and intake manifold pressure, and soon when i get my s/c ill be adding a boost gauge B)

I love the EGT gauge

I run between 850 and 1000 under normal driving.

I can hit 1400 under hard accel at the track B)

I got the gauges at Summit Racing (http://www.summitracing.com). Just type in FAZE in the search box :thumbsup:

If you had an air/fuel ratio gauge....why would you want the EGT gauge as well?....They A/F Ratio gauge tells you if you're lean/rich....and probably more accurate than the EGT.

EGT tells temperature.........A/F tells the ammount of oxygen being displaced throughout the exhaust.
