Stupid Headlight Aiming!

The horizontal aim adjuster is fine...

but the F*&king vertical adjusters are stripped...

More specifically, the black wheel has become loose from the axel and isn't turning it.

It looks like i'll have to find some kind of crazy strong glue so i can stick it back on, and
have it strong enough to be able to turn the metal axel.

Anyone else have this problem?
