Hi all...long time, no post.
Life has been-well...life. Fulla problems. Like this one:
I have an oil leak...on TOP of the transmission!
Oh, yes, it is indeed oil...it's pretty late and i don't have time to relate, but it's not the usual oil pressure sensor (although that might need replacing), as i believe it's to the left of the oil filter. there's something above the trannie that's letting a LOT of oil out, not the head, not the valve cover, all is dry. i can't find it or figure it out...yet.
no mods to the engine.
no idiot light, or codes.
any ideas would be appreciated.
gonna get a mirror in there during the day to try and see...there appears to be a connector in there, on the head, under a hose and other junk.
i gotta crash...spent a lot of time researching this before i asked.
