Well I have kept it under the covers but its finally done, I decided to 3500 swap my alero! Its a 3500 engine with 50k miles, with all new gaskets. I also got the swap kit and have the 2.5 stainless downpipe without cat and 68mm throttle body. It started perfect first try and idles amazing. Heres some pics of Milzys shop to show you guys what he has going on, very nice guy, ran me to bank cause I couldn't find it etc, great place.

Its all great, just 1 weird issue. It idles and drives good, just if you give it a little gas it stumbles and stalls or rpms fly up. I got a video of it and my exhuast which has a tiny rumble now lol.

Baby blue had the same problem with his 3500 swap from milzy. I believe he had it narrowed down to a tuning issue.

I had the same issue. Had a local tuner take a look and he fixed her up good... Also lowered KR from a peak of 14 down to 3........ Just need to install a wideband O2 and really dial in the tune but for DD its fine.

Hmm I didnt even change pcm at all, he said it was fine. Do you think a place that tunes ls motors can do my car? I know they have hp tuners. Or are there any tuners local on here that can do it? I have his tuned pcm already so I figured it would be fine.

Yep... that's my car. I'm stuck searching for parts to send to Milzy for completion. Can't seem to find anything I need.

Baby blue had the same problem with his 3500 swap from milzy. I believe he had it narrowed down to a tuning iar had no power ssue.

Mine did not do that!! The issue I had was when I started my Girl she would loop in RPMs and go up and down for a good 10-15 seconds. If you tried to gas it while it was doing this, It would be as if the car had no power AT ALL. It would backfire and act Like it was running on 3 cylinders instead of 6. But after that it would run just perfect. Also it would Rev at 3K sometimes (not all the time) only When I put my clutch in at sometimes. I Think, And I am not blaming anyone over at Milzy because I know he does awesome work. When the Tuning was done, Maybe something was overlooked or whomever was tuning just forgot to add something. But besides that I had many people ask where I got my work done and How clean everything was put together. But yes there was a tuning issue there in my opinion. My Girl (babyblue) when she was "Alive" Ran awesome. When I do get another Alero..Has to be a 1999 when they made the color I had or a black one and HAS to be CLEAN!! I will be going to Milzymotorsport to get everything installed!

I highly doubt it runs... blurry pic, no oil cap. no spark plugs wires, no air intake, no upper dog bone engine mount... looks like an unfinished setup...
