The guys who ran it are tired of setting everything up/getting everything together. Also, they're tired of people saying "OH YEAAA I'm down for ASS next year!"....then the next year comes around and about 40% of the people back out. I understand why they didn't wanna do it anymore. They all have families and not enough time to do this anymore.

I'm def down for more meets. I've been thinking about trying to do a buffalo meet. We have a lot of east coasters on here and there's A LOT to do in buffalo. We can go to niagra and get some famous "buffalo wings" ;)

Def. That's what i was thinking (being closer to canada) and hopefully more new yorkers can make it. I think Gr1m still has his ho....would love for him to show up. I know you and sleepy....scott...andy...ken....all the usuals will show up but hopefully more! I know we have a couple new members here from NY. We'll see! Would be awesome to only have a 5 hr drive too:lol:

Its not a bad drive not only that but..... hello we are called the crossroads of america. Not only that but we have a huge car scene here if its a sat night we can all roll down to the south side and park together.

Lol. Idk what u think is going on here but i guarantee you wont need to use any weapons on your 2 day stay lol. Sure, our gun laws are strict but unless were meeting in NYC there's no reason to pack heat ;) we can always do two meets!?

It would be amazing to get all of the kits that bodykits made together for a group shot... I hope to have mine done over the winter, but depends on funds and time... I still haven't even had time to remove the factory rocker covers to test fit the ones from the kit!!

You and an army of about 8-10 :/ maybe we can get a good meet together without ASS this year? I did like how ASS went along with the Olds homecoming show though. It gave the group something else to do. Maybe we go to nationals? Or a track day? We coul all meetup for a weekend and go to Cedar point or something... Idc... If a meetup is solid like ASS was, I will show up again regardless of the number of other members who do. I mean it was all of the low key hanging out and drinking for the most part that everyone really loved, but the one day away for something else was cool too.

Decide on a location and I will be glad to help organize what we do. I still think that everyone should bring their own cooler with hamburger and hot dogs and such so we can just grill out every day. Have a pot lik kind of BBQ instead of the meals out. I overspent on eating both trips lol

Just bring an empty cooler then when you get in the states get some food/beer. Great idea FIS. Going to an amusement park or bigger show would be cool. We should try to get a def date down soon so everyone has enough time to prepare :)

Exactly. There is no ASS '14. ASS is dead and one of the main reasons is what Billy said.

This show cannot be call ASS, therefore, come up with a different name and a different thread, because this one is locked!

Whoever runs this, have fun planning everything out, then have more than 1/2 the people back out

Just please do not call it ASS as that was the Alero chapter of the OCA show show and I retired it.
