Hey guys and gals southwest michigan, Alero Owner here. we've technically had the car since '08 was givin to us by mother in law :) used as a family car untill my wife got a new toy last august and is now fully MINE !@!!.

The car is a '02 3400 sedan 147,xxx been great to us trips to Alabama U.P. and lots of other places. Since I've taken over the car full time I have replaced both front wheel hub assembly, struts, plugs (iridium), Wires, outter tie rod, Fuel Filter, pcv, brand new A/C compressor. pads and front rotors, fixed the annoying crappy hazard switch malfuntion ><,Cam pos. sensor, not to bad for a free car :) oh seafoamed it, cleaned TB and upper intake pen. and cleaned MAF runs great slight tick under valve covers. and once in awhile hesitates to shit had it tested last sept something about a long shift in the scanner i dont know havent looked much into tranny yet.

Only Mods so far is CAI, and tinted tails. next up trying to get a exhaust then headers. clearing corners and painting bezels inbetween. then i'll be going all engine mods.

Ok now for a little History on me im 30 owned 4 cars my whole life all GM.
'79 cutlass (my baby and first car) '88 S-10 I payed 50$ for found on a farm, only reason I had it was my mother blew my olds engine long story needed something till i got it running lol. next a '93 "bubble" caprice sold during hard times :( and now the '02 Alero and times are no longer hard !!!

Well sorry for the wall 'o text I never shut up, looking forward to being apart of the community. oh BTW, No Body kits, No "NOS" maybe nitrous oxide after everything is said and done maybe... and yes I know how to use search button! will post some pics next couple of days.

Welcome!

I still need to fix my hazard switch. It gets really annoying to have to fiddle with it to use my turn signals for the past.. 8 years. Wow, why have I not fixed that yet?

Thank you!

Took me 4 years lol to fix it... my wife never used the damn things anyways.
I think if I would have realised how easy it was I would have fixed it long ago lol
