Hey everyone,
I've noticed the hood on my Alero has a noticeable amount of movement/flex whilst on the highway. When the hood is fully closed there is a slight millimeter of play between the hook and latch which I THINK is normal.
It's nothing serious; I just want to know if anyone has tried addressing in the terms of aerodynamics. My first idea would be:
1. Some kind of weather strip or foam that covers the gap between the hood and the front emblem area.
2. Weather strip the inside of the hood so when it closes its almost "air tight seal?
Not sure if this makes any sense. Will try to get a picture with areas i'm trying to address soon...
