I was wondering what everyone thought about the pacesetter Monza performance exhaust system or what a good one would be. Or a good muffler replacement I like that low grumble but I don't want it to be loud. Thanks

i have pacesetter. but i also have pacesetter headers and no cat. search "sleepys exhaust" thats the title for a thread ive got 2 vids in there. imo i love it, others will say they dont like it and some will agree with me.

I Like the way that sounds its got that little rumble to it at idle, except I'm not a fan if the rasp and crackle. But nice video thanks. How do you think it would sound without the headers?

I've got the same exhaust as sleepy, except I have a cat, no crackle and very little rasp at high rpms.. The catback has been good but my headers have given me nothing but trouble.

I've heard the pacesetter sounds good without headers, but it has less rumble and its not as loud..

What if I kept stock pipes and just got a new muffler like a thrush Turbo or something? I'm not really doing much other than something with the exhaust and getting a cai.

reason why it cracks is cause i have no cat. under load (in gear) its got a deep tone to it. no crack really... only in Neutral

I'm just looking for the most inexpensive way to improve sound and maybe free up alittle more flow and power.

Just the muffler for the 3400? What's the inlet size and how much?
