Okay i have a question about "racing seats". basically, is there a bracket built for our cars? or would i need to fab something up to install sport seats? My stock seats are okay im just wondering. i doubt i will actually buy sport seats. However i do want grand am head rests :D

I don't know if you have or not but I would try your grand am headrests in it first to make sure it fits right and you like it

Wombatslayer put cloth Grand am head rests in his alero and they looks great in his car. he said they fit perfect too. thats where i got the idea.

I just swapped the whole grand am seats into mine... I find them a bit firmer than the alero seats...

sounds good...I might have to do that because I like the headrests with that hole there for some reason

Unless you buy new seats, any used seats are not going to be any better (clean wise) than what you already have.
Haven't been looking for any seats, but when I do, I thinking about picking up GA seats, and getting them redone before they go in my Alero. I'm thinking about getting the color to match the darked of the tans in my car. I know I'll have to do the back seat too, but it might be worth it IMHO :awesome:
