I once read an article in Popular Hotrodding, that said you could reshape the electrodes in a spark plug to make a more powerful spark. It said to first round off the tip of the side electrode. It said this reduced the heat. Then it said drill a small hole in the side electrode near the top using a small drill bit. Then it said bend the side electrode out of the way, and take a larger bit, to drll a basin like hole in the center electrode. Then bend the side electrode back, and match the two holes up, one on top of the other. It said it increased the gap, but still made it as easy to fire as a smaller gap. This makes for a more powerful spark. Please some opinions thanks! Will this misfire in a 3400 engine.
