looking to install a CAI on my 2000 alero. Was looking at getting these
intake - not seeing any 2.4l air intakes on ebay. ive searched under grand am and cavalier .. any ideas ?

50 hp ? wtf i thought CAI's were suppose to be 200+ hp ?? im guessing i should also get the performance chips to get that extra boost that the CAI isnt providing then huh ?:thumb:

btw i been meaning to tell you i like your tails. It was what caused me to design mine how they are. i liked the black outline but also wanted to smoke the tails so i did what you did then covered that and nite shaded the rest

Do it right the first time, go cheap and guess what, you'll have to do it all over again. Just ask Ion :lol:

so you dont suggest getting an ebay intake ? i thought that most people were saying that works good as long as you change the filter to a K&N

oh i knew that one. i was just looking on ebay for an intake but now im actually thinking of just going for a short ram. ive heard theres a nice sound when your in the 3k rpm range from a cai how about the short ram ?

those are in the $100 range. do they come with a good filter or do i still have to replace it ?

any ebay intake, id get a spectre or k&n filter for the end. i got a blue spectre its nice, like 25$ at autozone
