stock throttle body

Does anybody know the factory throttle body size, and has anybody run a true dual exhaust system on an alero? will 2 pipes fit? and does anybody know if the OSV body kit will be designed to fit the sedan model also?

You can find all of the info on the OSV Kit in Alero Appearance, if it is made which looks hopeful it will be for the 2 and 4 door from what I have read. You can have 2 mufflers, but not dual pipes running from the cats back, I don't know where it breaks off to two pipes.

I think the stock maybe 59mm. Not 100% but pretty sure.

3 mm for 250.00$ or so, I'll have to inspect mine for self modification, thinning the throttle shaft? I used to modify holley carbs for drag racing. aparently price wise SLP is best bet for exhaust, from i have read, it out performes Borla?

The borla is only 2.25 where as the slp is 2.5.

My dual exhaust become dual under the trunk.

That's a dual in single out muffler under there, soon to be replaced with a dual in single out Flowmaster 40
