I need to take my lifters apart to replace the springs with the TCE upgrade. I took the clip off and the cap and cant get the rest of it apart. Any advice from someone who has done this please.
Thanks

There was a thread over on grandamgt.com that explained how to do it. I will see if I can find it for you.

Found it. http://wot-tech.com/shop/all/tce-ls-lifter-springs/prod_231.html

I did this job a few weeks ago myself. That is a good run down there, just one thing should be added. Once assembled, place the new lifters in oil overnight before installing them. Do not install them without an overnight soak guys.

No, do not even bother. You do not want them full of oil, and if that is your idea, soak them in oil and press that plunger down a couple times. There can be some oil inside from assembly but the oil pressure will fill them up to normal operating condition. I always empty the lifters before installing them.
