cleaning IAT and IAC

i have MAF cleaner and throttle body/carb cleaner (b12) and was wondering which of these is safe to clean both the IAC and IAT. also, when cleaning the IAC do i just clean the needle part or am i supposed to clean the whole thing (motor included)

Either one will work fine, but given the choice, I'd go with the B12. There's no need to clean the motor...just get the valve and chamber cleaned out so air can flow through it unobstructed.

ok how the HELL do i get to the second (closest to the engine) screw on the IAC. its impossible to reach with my allen wrench!!

Ratchet with an allen head socket and the right combination of extensions and/or swivel.
