Should be nice, the heads are cleared for up to .560 lift and with these in I'll be at .599... lol I bought a new set of roller lifters today at work as well. Going to have the covers off so may as well do both while Im in there I figure

I assume this is what you ordered:

I don't know if they will fit with our splayed valves - I think the trunions are too wide. I hope I'm wrong though. Keep us posted please.
How are you figuring .599 lift? You know factory rocker arms are 1.6:1 ratio, yes?

Nope, not those. I called comp cams before I ordered them and they told me to get these. And yes, I understood that the cam was rated at .560 with 1.6 roller rockers and the cam is rated .556 without. Even if the factories are, Ill still be glad I got them with 210K in the stock ones. Peace of mind I guess Ill have to tell myself. Im trying to make sure the engine is ready for the charger more than anything, but dam, I have to look into that.

I think you may be taking a step backwards with those. You are giving up a rollerized trunion for a roller tip - if you look at low speed footage of a valve being actuated, you'll see that even with a roller tip, it basically slides over the valvestem tip. Those rocker arms were meant for the Gen 1 motors with iron heads and straight valves.

Step backwards plus now you need guideplates and hardened pushrods. These offer no extra lift than what you had.

Those fit my Gen 2 3.1.

Oh those were the ones you ordered?

Ben stopped me from buying them about a year ago. I thought you found something else.

Return them ;)

Holy hell thanks for seeing that, I din't even notice it... f##% me, lol I just got off the phone with Summit again and they did not ship them yet! Close call man, thanks for seeing that. At least it was their guy that made the mistake if they had shipped. They are going to look into what is really available for me and call me on Monday. I think I owe you a coffee friend, you just saved me about 100 bucks in shipping
