are there any procedures for our cars to re-learn the air/fuel ratios after unhooking the battery? i know on some cars you have to turn the car on, let it idle for like 15 minutes, turn it off, turn it back on and open the throttle all the way, then turn it off again, etc.

also do i need to reset the computer after doing a tranny fluid/filter change to let it adjust for thicker fluid?

Early 90's GM's needed this too. Funny what a simple relearn would cure in those things.

Anyone on here close to you with a programmer? With HP you can reset fuel trims without having to pay to unlock the PCM. Its in scan mode that HP can reset the trims, so no need to use credits to reset the trims.
