I was wondering if anyone ran dual exhaust and had the tips run out through the bumpers much like the BMW X6. I am planning on doin something of that nature but wanted to see if I was the first...

Why do duals on a 4-cyl? 3" will handle all this engine can put out. If you want the dual look just get the GrandAm can, single in with dual outs...
Not if he lines the holes....
or if he uses dummy tips. Have the exhaust just short of the bumper and french in polished or chrome exhaust tips

I wasn't planning on running bare tips into the plastic. I'd run tips into lined ports in my rear bumper. As far as performance is concerned, i'm planning to supercharge after I rebuild the top half. I'm planning on having the exhaust exit towards the corners of the bumper.

There's a couple of Grand Am guys that have run the tips out their reverse light holes, so I don't see why it wouldn't work with the Alero.

you should make a custom exhaust where it exits right in front of the rear tire. no cat no muffler. :p

How do you plan to get by the rear bumper support?

Torch! Plus, I did mention th hat I was coming out of the corners of the bumper cover...
I can't do anything on the sides, I have 4 doors...
I was thinking of using flat tips a mounting them vertically. I would machine them to the contours of the bumper.
i think it would look bad ass,
