This is not General Performance. This is 2.2L Ecotec specific.

Of course you can change the fuel injectors. No, there would be ZERO gain unless you have modifications that would require it. The only reason you upgrade is to get bigger ones that can spit out the proper amount of fuel to support what you're doing. It's not a mod in itself. You would need to be able to tune your computer as well.

Sure, go for it, put in the bigger injectors, but like Ion said You'll need tuning to make them work.

If you injectors are rated at 20# you can put in 100# injectors and they are only going to flow at 20# injector rate, because that is the program

How about getting flow-matched injectors, would that do anything ?

If you just put in bigger injectors without changing anything, the car would run ultra-rich because it's commanding them to open as if they're smaller. Bigger injectors open for the same amount of time = bigger amount of fuel.

Really, I didn't notice anything when I put in my 28# injectors before tuning (only about 2 days before tuning)

You can usually get away with swapping to 28s but you may have to clear a rich code the first time you run them. It also makes a difference if you run a 35 or 45 fuel pressure regulator, depends on the year. Higher than that and you can run into problems even if you have tuning capability (3400 V6).

Where do you find good injectors at?

http://www.rceng.com would be my preference your can always get the 450cc injectors out of a dsm as well though they are lower impedence than the aleros. so you would have to rig up a resistor box but that can be done cheap.
