pulled this from a z28 board......
"You need a colder plug,
Excessive green oxide indicates overheating the plug. a lot of spark-plug electrodes have an alloy composition that will oxidize green when subjected to high temperatures. The nickel oxide on the center wire and strap would show up first at the tip of the electrode (the hottest part) and progress from there. Try going down a step at a time."

thanks, i saw that too. im currently running ngk iridirum ix. what would be a good step down?
will it make the car run better with colder plugs/ add .5 horsepower or anything?
i doubt it would increase power, may run a bit smoother, and not kill your plugs

im basically stock, with a few mods, why would i start needing colder plugs now?
well your running a header and a WAI.. might just throw it off a little, more airflow = more power = more heat issues.
