I have hptuners pro and wanted to get a dynotune, but every shop in El Paso has been fucking with me so my only option is to drive 4-5 hrs to albaqurque, NM and hope I can find a shop there.

Though I know I cannot fully dynotune it by myself, I should be able to correct my lean problem right? So the SES light goes away...that is my main concern. So I request the help of those who have done their own tuning on the 3400 before. There was a thread with articles before but I cannot find it now.

If anyone knows of these articles or would be willing to walk me through it over the phone sometime I would definitely owe you a beer. Any other help in between is always appreciated.

Have you read any of the documentation or looked on the HPT support forum? Start there....we'll need to see some scans before we can guide you on fixing your issues.

I didn't know HP had a forum, I will definitely look into it. I need a pc laptop for the scans so I will have the work on that.

It's a premature request. But I will gather what I can now rather than police up what I miss later.
