I was just searching on MMS and Milzy's headers are up for sale now. Just thought I'd let everyone know in case anyone wants them or whatever, although at $850 it's a tough buy to make.

They look real nice, although at Matt mentioned on gagt.com, the 2.5 crossover may be a bit big for an N/A motor.....

Wow expensive much? but then again there isn't a high demand so I can see why the price is high. Wonder how well Ben's headers will stack up to these when he's got those finished. All in all these do look pretty solid. Can't wait to see the dyno results.

They really aren't that expensive for a good set of quality headers, they are actually fairly comparable to what the TOG and S&S ones were new...

A header for my crx is like 900 so I would no doubt buy one for that price when the time comes.
@kyle I dont think 2.5 is that big of a step even with a stock engine it should allow good flow while not having knock or low back pressure

2.5" I would say is definitely too big for one bank, I'm running 2.5" for all cylinders from my manifold all the way to the tips.

Did anyone think that maybe they did it for a reason? Maybe something like anti-reversion?

Well no one obviously knew or they would have said somthing.

I'm still waiting for dyno results. They might make a little more top HP, but I bet with that bigger step the curve won't be as nice.....

Maybe, maybe not, but I have a feeling that the numbers will surprise us all. I have had good faith in MMS since I first heard the name. MMS > Weak Tech

pretty sure ben has posted numbers previously that show that his heads outlflow mms heads.

We really don't know enough about the MMS headers to draw any conclusions. Likewise, WOT-Tech headers have not been completed (although we have heard a few design parameters) so we can't make any judgments about them either.
Upon first glance, I think MMS headers will probably support lots of high-rpm power (think 7000 and up) at the expense of low-end torque. I say this because of relatively short primaries and larger tubing.
But there are many other factors that go into designing and optimal header.

For starters....
primary tube length, primary tube diameter, collector length, collector type, collector diameter.....actually, a properly designed collector ranks right up there with equal-length primaries. You need do some pressure wave analysis to get it all right.

Exactly what did MMS incorporate into the design that would address a "problem" of reversion, and how do you know it's even an issue here at all?

The way the front bank dumps in doesn't look like it's better than the Pacesetters:
