you have air, or a blockage somewhere in the system. Keep bleeding till you get fluid OR find the blockage and replace the brake line that has it.

Could be the ABS controller has gotten 'stuck'. Disconnect battery for a spell, then re-connect and try again. Some times the servos get stuck...

or you have a broken line somewheres, I had a line broken under the air box near the ABS module

thats what I thought with mine too but I couldn't figure out why I still had no brake pressure and no rear brakes. turned out to be the broken line which took awhile to figure it out

Did you just replace the calipers or drums?
You will have to bleed them a lot. My mech told me to have the brake pedal pushed down by something (in my case it's a snow brush) and open the bleeder valve and keep it open until fluid comes out. That's how he does it and he was taugh that in auto school.
Videos on Youtube show opening and closing the valve. That works too, but I was told that the other way is way to go. The main thing is to NOT let up on the brake while the valve is open because it will suck more air into the system which will make it worse ;)

problem with that method is eventually the pedal will hit the floor, and you need to close the valve, and pump the brake to get pressure in the lines again. It's much easier if you have someone helping you.

It proved to be the Abs module that was broken... when i got my Car back from the mechanic my battery froze the hell down :@ just replace the
battery and go :)
