Is this another bottleneck that is worth replacing? Saw one on milzy today and was curious.

In theory yes they should flow better ...... larger exhaust ports.... more flow..... yes.. though I would like to see a flow test on them. the effect of the dremeling may cause a lot more resistance due to the passages not being as smooth but it would probably go away after it got some carbon build up.

Think about this kind of stuff..

Dremel on exhaust manifolds? That has to be one of the levels of hell not previously known. The smoothness of a port or runner means very little in terms of flow. I have found more often than not, a smooth surface flows equal to or worse than a textured wall. I have also found that a larger port flow less than a smaller port.

$200 retail, on sale for 180. wow. Id actually consider porting them if people paid that kind of money. It would take that much to make me waste my time like that.
