After Header O2 Sensor....

I need some help replacing my front o2 sensor, im pretty sure its shot I have all the characteristics that point to it, and I can see its a pain in the butt to get to so I was wondering which way you guys went and if you took off anything and what not, thanks.......

what motor do you have?

you can tell form his avitar that he has the 3.4L

i'd also be interested on a how to... i think mine is bad, and right now we have an 04 grand am rental... might do a little swap... lol, that's so wrong.

he just isnt familiar i guess with how the engines look, yea the 3400......i have the running rich signs, crappy and i mean crappy gas mileage........ive changed everything else......and im at about 82000 miles which is right about its lifespan considering how i drive and the fact i put about 19000 miles on it the first year i had it......

I know people have changed them thereselves, and ive taken a look at it, and it looks like a pain......every car ive ever changed them in its been a pain so im not lookin for this 2 be any different, but any tips would help a lot......
