Third brake light

This is going to sound foolish, but i removed the two nuts holding my third brake light in, but it's still in there solid. The question i have is, is this thing glued in too, or am I missing some nut somewhere (and BTW there were two plastic clips on the side of the assy that I tried pushing in too, didn't help).

From what I remember, there are clips on either end you need to mess with

yeah i had those pushed to where it should have come out, but it still wouldn't move, it just wiggled top to bottom about a 1/4 inch

That's all that there is (2 screws and 2 clips). The rubber seal that seals it from water getting in the trunk could be stuck on and you might need to encourage it out a bit more. I had to when I did my led tail light.
