Yes both will since both are the same thing ;)
Anything for a Grand Am will fit the Alero, it's the same car (except for body panels)

is this one any worse than the other one i asked about because there's less piping? and if it is, then how muchh worse is it really?

word to the wise: based on the pictures, those are short ram intakes, not cold air. Short ram you'll get more low end throttle response, but lose power at the top end. Generally speaking, for street use you won't see much difference, but if you're serious about performance, cold air is the only option.
