work around 3rd party kill switch

my buddy has an '02 silhouette with the v6, and has a 3rd party kill switch installed as part of his agreement to a dealership. After he cancled his insurance because they wanted to triple his payments because of his bankruptcy, the dealership had the car killed. Is there a way to re-wire the ignition to bypass this kill switch?

find the switch and remove it?

he needs it to stay in, and look like its working, he has required check ups that he has to have done by the dealer as part of his contract with them, so he has to keep it in, but there is nothing in the contract about bypassing it.

ya, i keep telling him he was a moron for signing. if he didnt need it for his kids i would have told him he was SOL.
