Hi,
today we had some rain LOL!
highway was full with powerboats, and looked like a river.
when we drove thru a puddle (lake:yahoo: ) suddenly my alero sound
changed to the sound of a monstertruck.
100meters and all was quiet again like nothing happened.
it happened three times in deep water like the pipes shrunk due to the cold water and started leaking, quickly after that all went normal.
ever heard of this phenomena?

lol, srry fer the baad english, i'm dutch you know:yahoo:

You almost hydro-locked your car. Be happy you did not. My friend who has hydrolocked his pos corolla said it was 700$ to fix.

I've sucked up plenty of water through my intake, certainly didn't have anything to do with exhaust sound.
