how should i run my amp power wire through the firewall

I made a small cut in my steering boot at the firewall and ran it thru there.

Take a metal clothes hanger and straighten it out.
Go to the drivers side by the gas pedal, there will be a round rubber grommet.
With electrical tape, tape one end of the wire around the clothes hanger to use it to fish it through.
Aim the clothes hanger upward and shove it through the grommet, and have a second person (or yourself) look in the engine bay for it coming out.
If you take off your fuse box cover, it is much easier to see and grab.
It should come out down behind the fuse box, just farther down.
I have skinny arms so I'm lucky I could shove my arm down there and grab it to pull it through.

^x2 the best way to get it done. but any way to get it though that grommet works, just do not run it through the fender and door. do it right.

i used a large pair of pliers to reach down and grab the wire, my arms aint little, flollow those instructions, pm me if you want pics
