Ok so a buddy and I have been trying to figure out how to take the rear windows out so that we can tint them. We got the front ones out just fine, but now that we are at the back windows it has become very difficult to pull the rear windows out. We pulled the door panel off, and then took the screws out of the clips. From there we can pull the window up and down freely, but we cant figure out how to actually pull the whole window out.
Any help and advice would be amazing thanks.
why are you taking them out to tint them? lol

I think you have to take all the trim off. the black plate on the front edge of the door and the weather trim.
gr1m i took mine out while tinting, made it crazy easy. but i was also painting my car at the time...

I think the tint looks better when it's all said and done.

X2...yeah you really should just get someone to do it cause any professional can easily tint those windows without removing them.

best way to tint? yes. really easy to screw up? for sure. If you don't hace the screws aligned perfectly or over tighten them any at all, you will be buying a new window. any small little chip and safety glass crumbles.

my local tint shop took out my windows to tint them... fixed one of my clips for free too!!!
if you know what you are doing you will never be able to tell if the window was taken out or not for the tints
