Rear Defogger Help

Wiring Diagram for the defogger module... anyone got it/know where to get it?

I just took the 2 black wires for defog and soldered them directly to the board (the plug was melted and warped) and then wrapped it in black tape leaving some space for heat to escape, my radio and defrost has now worked for the last 3 years.
