tonight i discovered that part of my lower dashboard has come unglued, i need to get it glue back together before it becomes any worse, i need suggestion on good adhesive preferably brush on, that will last?

COntact cement. BUT READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!!

Is there foam behind it?

I need to reglue mine down also.

i cant feel any foam, just feels like thick vinyl.
